A letter from a DHB (Discovering the Heart of Buddhism) student:

Dear Lama Shenpen,

I have come to the end of DHB book 2 and feel now would be a good time to get in contact with you.

Can I start by saying thank you so very much for this opportunity to discover Buddhism through such a well structured set of course books, I have found the content easy to understand and follow, & find my contact person such a good companion to share experiences with.

I have had a wonderful journey of discovery so far, it all comes with such ease in a natural way, as though I am not learning for the first time, rather gaining confidence in my instincts & thoughts for the first time.

I wonder if you would have some time to receive a phone call? I can call Thursdays & Fridays early evening and anytime most Saturdays, let me know what time would best suit you.
