Discovering the Heart of Buddhism students have started a number of local groups throughout the UK. Meeting with fellow students is a wonderful way to give and receive inspiration and galvanise your meditation practice.

Monmouth/Abergavenny

Meets most Wednesday evenings at 8pm.
